Irish Beach Architectural Design CommitteeThe purpose of the Irish Beach Architectural Design Committee is to regulate and control the exterior architecture and design within the community in such a way as to maintain the value and desirability of the properties for the benefit of all owners. Members of the committee are appointed by the Board of Directors of the Irish Beach Improvement Club, and the terms of the members of the committee run for one year. The committee publishes guidelines for obtaining permits and these guidelines can be obtained by mailing a request to: IBADC The permits required by IBADC are in addition to those required by the County of Mendocino and the California Coastal Commission. Both the CC&R's and their enforcement are subject to interpretation, thus it is important that the body interpreting them be of the highest integrity and without personal financial stake in the outcome.
